They will teach you how to browse through the support forum, how to get answers to the question you have, how to use the support services for asking project specific questions and start a live call in case it is included in your SLA.

Training course — in order to better understand how the platform works, we created a short course where our trainers explain each step of the product integration process - from configurating models and properties, to the usage of the final data as create reports and diagrams. We will show in details to the key users how to work with the platform and get the full advantages over the information flow.
