Implementation support — it comes as part of any of the services: "New implementation of our application", "Migration of old system to FrikiTables" or "Build communication with other systems". It is included as another level of quality guarantее to our customers and is free for one month, starting from the date of bring the project live (customer acceptance) on production environment. It covers all the unexpected problems because of bad implementation or not full coverage of the agreed requirements. We schedule such support requests with first priority.

Personalized support — Our team is always ready to help you with any kind of problem you face on your specific project. It could be a particular issue with your custom logic, an architecture problem about model definitions or organizing information flow between different systems, or even if you want to hear our advice about the business process organization into your project. For all of these issues or any other as well, you can insert a support request into our platform, using your profile page. Our team is always ready to step in and take care as we know how much your time worths.

The solution is moved for acceptance testing on a customer server or on our cloud service. During the test, we can help you with some organized trainings to the project key users. If you prefer, we can include automated tests based on the required scenarios.
